Jewellery

One of the core processes behind Maureen’s jewellery is patination - the process of colouring metals naturally using various different techniques. Maureen’s Fire collection colours metals through the use of heat.

Maureen also creates jewellery out of indigenous trees from her local area. The Natural Wood collection is made up of both yew and 5000 year old bog oak from County Tyrone in Ireland, combined with silver.

The Wire-Wrapped collection utilises precious metals wrapped in silver plated wire. Each stone has a unique healing quality and is one of a kind.

Maureen’s Sea Glass Jewellery uses naturally patinated copper and sea glass collected from the shores of Donegal and the North Coast of Ireland - weathered by the Atlantic Sea.
